L. Levy is Professor and Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing at

Sustainable Enterprise and Regional Competitiveness, whose mission is “to
foster a transition to a clean, sustainable, and prosperous economy.”
The center engages in collaborations among businesses, universities, and
policymakers to advance research and education.
David
is frequently invited to lecture on the topic of business and climate change to
policymakers, business and academic audiences. He has recently delivered
presentations to a business forum in
David has published two books on business and climate
change. He co-edited with Peter Newell “The
Business of Global Environmental Governance”, published by MIT Press,
David has conducted
extensive research on corporate strategic responses to climate change in the
David is also interested in the political economy of globalization and efforts to make corporate governance more responsive and accountable to civil society. A paper on the politics of global production networks was published in the Academy of Management Review (2008), and a paper on the Global Reporting Initiative is forthcoming in Business and Society. David has also recently co-authored a chapter with Rami Kaplan of Tel Aviv University on the politics of Corporate Social Responsibility in an international context (see CV ).
