Teaching
I believe that learning should be student-centered. My role as a teacher is to create an environment in which students are actively involved in different learning activities that facilitate their role changes from lay persons to counseling professionals.
I also believe that in order to be a good teacher I have to be a good learner first. As the great Chinese educator Confucius stated "When three men are walking together, there is one who can be my teacher". I have learned from my clients and students in the past and will continue learning from them.
