1.- Use block diagrams to illustrate the effect of the different modes of transportation on the environment. Describe at least two proposals on what can be done in the future.

2.- Visit www.smart-traveler.com, watch some live-traffic cameras. Draw a block diagram indicating the essential ingredients in an Advanced Traveler Information System, use arrows to indicate how they are related to each other.

3.- Design a vehicle that can go through a hole of 2 feet long (a normal passenger car cannot do this). Explain also the disadvantages of your vehicle. Detailed drawings that illustrate the concepts are working are essential.
