To add modify or delete records

  1. Go to the Research Login
  2. You will be asked for a user name and password. Your user name is the same as the one used for all these Web-based tools; it should be the same as the login name you use for the umb.edu email system. If you do not know your password, please go to our password reminder page.
  3. Once logged in, you will be given the option of adding a record or modifying or deleting one for which you are the listed owner. If you seek to modify an exisiting record, and it does not show on the list of records for which you are the owner, check that the record exists by performing a Research Search
  4. If the record exists, but you are not listed as the owner, please send an email to umb.webmaster@umb.edu explaining the situation.

Reasearch Database

The database contains five levels of research:

The database currently is populated with projects derived the Graduate Research Bulletin, published in 2001, and past Undergraduate research data. This is just the start.

Faculty can add, modify or delete any record for which they are listed as the owner. Any time a faculty member creates a research record, he or she automatically becomes the owner of the record unless he or she changes the ownership.

If there is a record for which you should be the owner but are not, please send an email to umb.webmaster@umb.edu and explain the situation.
