Allyn has a strong background in team development. His approach is a highly innovative one that makes use of group process, action learning and Information Technology.

He has designed and delivered training programs for major corporations, training centers and educational institutions world wide.

These include Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, General Foods, Honeywell, AT&T, Warner Lambert UK, New England Electric, Monsanto, Fidelity Trust, The First Years, and Block Drug

Course Description

Through interactive, experiential sessions and structured assignments students learn critical and creative approaches to working in organizations. Skills addressed include: communication and team-builing; facilitation of participation in groups and collaboration in groups; promoton of learning from a diversity of perspectives; problem-finding and solving and reflectived practice. Students apply these skills to situations that arise in business, schools, social change groups and other organizations with a view to taking initiative and generating constructive change.
